Return & Exchange Policy

At Ms Diva’s House, we take great pride in offering high-quality fashion pieces that are carefully selected and inspected to ensure our customers enjoy exceptional style and value. To maintain the highest standards of shopping experience, we kindly ask all customers to review the following return and exchange guidelines.

Return Window

  • Ms Diva’s House offers a 14-day exchange policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange:
  • Customers must present their digital receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Items must be returned with all original tags intact and attached.
  • Products must be in the exact condition they were purchased in, with no signs of wear, damage, spoiling, stains, or odour.

Processing Time

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Exchanges or credits will be issued once the returned piece has been thoroughly checked.

Return Shipping

  • For change of mind returns, all postage costs to return the item to Ms Diva’s House are the customer’s responsibility.
  • If an exchange item needs to be shipped back to the customer, an additional shipping fee will apply.
  • For warranty-related issues, Ms Diva’s House will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to the customer.

Exchanges

We strongly encourage customers to try on and carefully inspect items in-store before purchasing to avoid change-of-mind returns.

No refunds are offered for change of mind—exchange or store credit only.

Some items are one-off or limited pieces. In cases where an exchange cannot be issued due to unavailable stock, a store credit will be provided instead.

Footwear Returns

To protect hygiene and ensure product quality:

  • Shoes must not be worn outdoors or for extended wear prior to return.
  • All returned footwear will undergo a quality and condition check by our team before an exchange is approved.

Warranty

All products purchased from Ms Diva’s House come with a standard 1-year warranty, covering manufacturing faults and defects.

  • Warranty claims must be assessed by our team.
  • If approved, items may be repaired, replaced, or credited, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return or exchange. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
